Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. If your original order was for three or more items and qualified for free shipping and your return brings you below the three item minimum for free shipping, your return refund will be adjusted to cover shipping for the original order. This does not apply to exchanges.

Include the following information when requesting a Return Authorization Number.
- Your Name
- Your Order Confirmation Number
- Item or items to be returned
- Reason for return.
- If requesting an exchange, please include size and/or color you are exchanging for.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
- You will be issued a Return Authorization Form at the time you request an exchange or return. Please fill out the form and ship it back with the item to be returned. The address to ship it to will be on this form.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 14 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to mypetsupport@mypetspecialties.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. Packages received by our shipping department with no Return Authorization will be charged $4.00 plus a 20% restocking fee. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less a $4.00 restocking fee. If a return is sent to the main office in Wisconsin as opposed to the warehouse in Virginia, a $6.00 restock fee plus shipping charges to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Policy. If you have ordered the wrong size or color and wish to exchange an item, you must follow the same procedures as for returns. Your credit card will be charged $8.95 for shipping the correct item back to you plus or minus any price adjustment for different sizes.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
